So if you’ve been living under a rock: Southern Miss is looking for an AD and they’ve narrowed it down to 2 finalists, App State’s AD Charlie Cobb & current USM interim AD Jeff Hammond.
Well it looks like Charlie Cobb’s stock may be rising. Jeff Hammond, former Army Major General, has now had a 2nd complaint filed against him and the University with the EEOC. Two female associate AD’s have resigned. The newest accuser alleges that Hammond verbally abused and bullied her to the point where she had to quit.
