For those of you excited to see what news came out of the WAC meeting today, the above tweet is all I got for you. But the chances of us ending up in the WAC seem slim at this point. I’ll keep you updated if I hear anything else.
What about the CAA you ask? Are Charleston/Davidson/Elon ditching us? Well according to the AJC they will be making some sort of announcement tomorrow (wed) regarding the results of their meeting. Don’t expect much in the way of details though.



Not sure why anyone would think we have a shot at WAC. Even if we did – could we afford that kind travel?

I know it would be the last option I’d take from all the possible options, but an Eastern WAC could actually be fun with a lot of good games. Especially with teams that we know:
U. Del
Jax State
Liberty
James Madison
Ga Southern
Youngstown State
App State
Lots of good football to be had in that division.
